What is FabricMerch?

FabricMerch provides you with a free platfrom to create and sell merchandise without any upfront costs, or risk. You create a design, set up a campaign, and make a buzz.  In order for your campaign to be fulfilled you need to sell a minimum of ten items. Tip: spread the word on social media. Once your campaign ends we handle the printing of your orders, ship to your customers, and any associated customer service. And then (here comes the greatest part) we send you the profit!

Place your orders directly on the website, with a pc, a tablet or mobile device.

Head to the preferred campaign page.

Select the item you would like to purchase. Select your size if applicable (remember to double check the size guides! and hit the big black PRE-ORDER button (not too hard, though)!

Enter your contact and shipping details and choose your payment method (confirm & pay-page). Tick the box to confirm you have read (and understand) our terms & conditions - this is important.

Hit the PLACE ORDER button and you're done. We'll authorise your payment method, and drop you a confirmation email.

Nothing, really. That is the short answer.

The long one: we will not print and ship the shirts unless the campaign meets the minimum sales target of ten items. If not you will get a full refund of your payment. That's a promise!

Your card will be charged the moment you pre-order an item on our webshop.

If the campaign fails to complete, you will get a full refund within 24 hours after the campaign has ended.

All major credit and debit cards through Mollie.

Yes! Rest assured: we use Mollie to process all of the FabricMerch-payments . Mollie is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider (meaning: thou shall not pass - your payments are super secure),  who takes care of everything. We don't have access to any card or payment details.

Ask Mollie? Or your bank? Mollie communicates directly with your bank or credit card company and processes (or declines) these payment authorisations automatically. At FabricMerch we have no access to this system. We cannot override it. We don’t want to, either. 

We recommend contacting your card issuer, and in the meantime perhaps try another card?

If the campaign has ended, but your order has not been shipped, we should still be able to help you out. Get in touch and we'll let you know!

Unfortunately, should the order already have been shipped there is nothing we can do. Your parcel will return to us as undelivered. We'll be in touch to check on your updated address before we send it out again.

[Please Note: if you update your address to a different country where shipping costs differ from your original order, we will charge the difference. If the shipping costs are cheaper at your new address, we'll refund the difference.]

Patience is a virtue, right? Orders get printed and shipped once the campaign completes. The final date of the campaign is mentioned on the campaign page.

If the campaign has closed successfully, your order is in production and will be shipped out within 7 working days.

Since FabricMerch is a little different from an ordinary e-commerce store, all of our items are made to order. We will only print and ship that item if and when the campaign completes. When the campaign completes we will print and ship all orders within 7 working days. From the moment that we ship your parcel you will receive a tracking mail so you’ll know when to expect the mailman.

If you order multiple products from one campaign, then yes indeed, they sure will!

However, if you order from two or more campaigns, the orders will be shipped separately. We cannot combine two campaigns in one shipment.

We 're affraid not...

As everything you see on this webshop is produced on a pre-order base, there will be no possibility to return the goods for another size. 

We produce everything after the campaing ends, so what is ordered is what gets to go to production. That's it. No extra's.

Therefor, please pay full attention to the size charts.

If the size appears to be too small when you receive it, donate it to a friend... or go on a diet...

Because we only print when a campaign closes, we don't currently offer any expedited shipping services.

Rest assured, upon campaign completion we will print and ship your order out within 7 working days - we don't want you waiting any longer than necessary!

Nope, sorry! Because: there are none. Zero. Nill.

The principle is ‘made to order’, based on the number of items that are sold during the campaign's pre-order period. Once this period is over, it is over. Fo evah! Unless the campaign creator decides to run the campaign again by popular demand.

We almost certainly do.

When you add items to your cart and enter the checkout process, you'll be asked to give us your address. The order summary will refresh with the correct country-shipping cost.
